
The Miramar Tennis Club AGM will be held on Wednesday, 27 August in the clubrooms at 6pm. We will have some food and drinks after and Wednesday night social tennis will also be on as usual at 7pm.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- To read the notice convening the meeting.
- To record the persons present and to receive apologies.
- To confirm the minutes of the 91st Annual General Meeting held on 17th August 2024
- To consider the Annual Report of the Club.
- To consider the Annual Financial Statements of the Club.
- To set the Annual Subscriptions and other charges.
- To consider the revised Miramar Tennis Club Constitution
- To consider Notices of Motion* (if any)
- To elect Officers, Management Committee and other persons
- To dispose of General Business.
* Notices of Motion shall be in writing, signed by the proposer and seconder, and
placed in the hands of the Club Secretary, no later than the commencement time of
the AGM on Wednesday, 27 August 2025.

As noted in recent letters, we will also be voting on the revised club constitution. This is a key step towards us reregistering as an incorporated society which we need to do by 5 April 2026. You can read the finalised version of the Constitution here: Club Constitution For AGM 2025
