Join us for Love Tennis at Nelson Lawn Tennis Club – a fun, free community open day where everyone is welcome. Whether you’re a complete beginner, a returning player, or looking for a new sport for the family, this is the perfect opportunity to get out on court.
Come along and enjoy:
- Free coaching and tennis activities
- Fun games for kids and adults
- Meet our friendly members and coaches
- All equipment provided – just bring comfortable shoes
- BBQ, giveaways and plenty of fun
No experience is needed and there’s absolutely no obligation to join. Just come along, have a hit, and discover why so many people love playing tennis.

What to bring
Just wear comfortable clothes and non-marking sports shoes. We’ll have racquets and balls available, so all you need to bring is yourself, your family and your friends!
