Senior Interclub 2023/24

Nelson Lawn Tennis Club enter multiple teams into Nelson Bays Tennis Interclub each year. There is something for everyone; from our social players through to our division 1 (A grade) players.

Interclub tennis for the 2023/24 season will begin mid October. A registration email goes out to all our senior  members in the lead up to the competition.

If you are not currently a member of NLTC but are keen to play interclub, please register with our Club Captain.

Competitions for 2022/23

Monday Morning Women Start Time 9.30 am
4 Person Teams
Format: 3 matches, each player partners each of the other players on the team 
 

Monday B Grade Women Start Time 5.45pm
2 Person teams
Format: Each player will play one doubles and one singles, a intermediate level of skill is required 
 

Monday B Grade Men Start Time 5.45pm
4 Person Teams
Format: Each player will play one doubles and one singles 3&4 play singles first, 1&2 play doubles a intermediate  level of skill is required
 

Tuesday A Grade Women Start Time 5.45pm
4 Person teams
Format: Each player will play one doubles and one singles 3&4 play singles first, 1&2 play doubles a high level of skill is required
 

Tuesday A Grade Men Start Time 5.45pm
4 Person teams
Format: Each player will play one doubles and one singles 3&4 play singles first, 1&2 play doubles a high level of skill is required
 

Wednesday Competitive Men's Doubles  Start Time 5.45pm
4 Person teams
Format: Each player partners each of the other players on the team a intermediate to high level of skill is required 
 

Wednesday Competitive Women's Doubles  Start Time 5.45pm
2 person teams 
Format: 1 match, 3 full sets

Wednesday Intermediate Women's Doubles  Start Time 5.45pm
4 Person teams
Format: 3 matches, each player partners each of the other players on the team a intermediate level of tennis is required 
 

Wednesday Social Women's Doubles  Start Time 5.45pm
4 Person teams
Format: 3 matches to 6  each player partners each of the other players on the team a  intermediate level of tennis is required 
This is an ENTRY LEVEL grade to allow for new plays to play interclub 
 

Thursday A Grade Mixed Doubles  Start Time 5.45pm
4 Person teams
Format: 1 doubles match and 1 mixed doubles match a high level of skill is required 
 

Thursday B Grade Mixed Doubles  Start Time 5.45pm
4 Person teams
Format: 1 doubles match and 1 mixed doubles match a medium level of skill is required 
This is a very SOCIAL GRADE
