Our first cake stall at Bunnings was a great success! With no space available on the sausage sizzle roster this month, Bunnings offered us the opportunity to hold a cake stall instead. We thought we would give it a try—and we’re delighted we did!

We took $552.88, leaving $492.00 after expenses—a wonderful result for our first attempt.

A huge thank you to everyone who baked, especially our Midweek Ladies and Cynthia Chen, who once again produced her beautiful cupcakes, which were a huge hit.

Thank you also to Jill Hatley and Beth Funnell for their care in preparing and packaging the cakes, making everything look so inviting and ready for sale.

And a special thank you to Linda Stubbing and Annie Craike, pictured below, for their extraordinary selling skills on the day!

It was a lovely team effort, and we’re very grateful to everyone who helped make it such a success.
