Notes from the coach

Fitness based tennis, with the focus on movement and continuous activity. Modified point play for varied ability levels, groups with a higher tennis skill may incorporate traditional point based drilling. 

Sessions will be listed as a monthly commitment, late registrations will be accepted numbers permitting. There will be five sessions scheduled for Fridays in May. Should there be any sessions cancelled due to the weather, we will look to catch those up at the start of the following month.
