A single session booking, focused on the Hotshots Blue Program for pre-schoolers (typically 3 & 4 year olds), while allowing parents to have a casual hit or try the exercise circuit of the day, if their child is settled with the activities.

An hour is scheduled for this program with flexibility on when participants start when they choose to leave. This is a community focused program, no membership to the club is required for this stage.
