During the term, the following policy will be applied in the event of wet weather.

Every term is an 8 week coaching programme which give us 1-3 spare weeks for rain offs or public holidays. 

We will always endeavour to run the sessions. Please always assume tennis is on. We will contact you if tennis is cancelled due to inclement weather. So if you don’t hear from us, please arrive for tennis as normal.

If we don’t get 8 weeks of coaching in then we will run make up sessions or you will receive a discount for the following term.
