How to Book a Court

  1. Sign in. Go to the Kilbirnie Tennis Club home page (clubspark.kiwi/kilbirnie) and sign in to your ClubSpark account (from Sign In option at far right of the black ClubSpark bar near the top of the screen).
    Notes:
     - You must be a paid up club member to book courts and your ClubSpark account must be linked to your Kilbirnie Tennis Club profile.
     - You can only book courts three weeks in advance. There are also limits on the number of bookings you can make and the number of slots you can book at any one time.
     - If you don't see Profile in the drop-down menu next to your name at the far right of the ClubSpark bar AND, after clicking Profile, your profile is NOT a Kilbirnie Tennis Club one, then your account and Kilbirnie Tennis Club profile are not linked.
    Log out and log in again from the Kilbirnie Tennis Club home page with the correct account or e-mail a request to the Kilbirnie ClubSpark administrator to link your account with your Kilbirnie profile. 
  2. Go to Court Bookings. Select the BOOKING tab from the top menu bar.
  3. View as Member. Ensure you have the View as Member option selected (next to View my bookings near top right). If you don't have this option, you will be viewing as a member.
  4. Choose date. Select the date on which you would like to book a court by clicking on one of the date icons (near top right).
  5. Select court and start time. Click on a starting time slot for your preferred court.
  6. Complete booking. In the Booking pop up window, select your booking finish time. Enter and save other participants - this is not required. Then click the CONTINUE BOOKING button.
