The following provides step-by-step instructions for registering for a Kilbirnie tennis tournament such as Senior Club Champs, Junior Club Champs, or Senior Handicap Tournament.

1. Click on the link in the email from the club requesting registration for the tournament.
   Or go to tnz.tournamentsoftware.com in your browser, search for "Kilbirnie" tournaments, and select the tournament you (and/or your children) wish to enter.
2. Press the Log In link in the top right corner.
   
3. If you already have a Tournament Software account, log in and then go to step 10.
4. If don’t have a Tournament Software account, press the SIGN UP button. A separate account will need to be created for you and/or each of your children.
   You may notice that you (your children) already have other profiles in Tournament Software; these may not have a login. For example, a profile would have been created for you if you entered the 2021 club champs. In time, Tournament Software will merge your other profiles into your login profile.
   
5. Proceed through the Rules & Regulations, Profile, Membership, and Account steps.
   Be sure to include your email address and phone number so that we can contact you through Tournament Software.
   Select 'Wellington Tennis' as your Association and 'Kilbirnie Tennis Club' as your club.
6. You should then be taken to a screen confirming that your account has been successfully created.
   
7. After you have successfully created an account, validate your account by pressing the ACTIVATE button in the email from Tennis New Zealand. This will take you to an account activation confirmation screen.
   
8. Press the Login link or Log in button on either of the two previous screens.
9. Log in to Tournament Software using your new account.
10. Search for the "Kilbirnie" tournaments and select the tournament your wish to enter, such as:
        Kilbirnie Senior Club Championships 2023-24,
        Kilbirnie Junior Club Championships 2023-24,
        Kilbirnie Senior Handicap Tournament 2023-24.
    The following example is for the Kilbirnie Senior Club Championships 2023 tournament. Other tournaments are very similar.

12. Press the ENTER button at the top right.
    
13. Select the events you wish to enter, agree to tournament regulations, and press the Submit button.
    Type in the name of your partner for a doubles event (first name and surname) or select ‘Partner Wanted’.
    There is no need to enter your partner's member id.
    
14. Agree to the tournament regulations and press the submit button at the bottom right.
15. Lastly you should receive confirmation that your entry has been received.
    
16. Overnight we will process your entry and you should then appear in the tournament player list and event entries. When your doubles partners also register and select you as their partner, you will appear together in the doubles events.
17. Be sure to withdraw before the close-off date if circumstances prevent you from playing in the tournament. You can do this by editing your entry (Press the Edit button).
